This hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access to shops and eateries, and features a spacious and modern lobby. My room wassuper clean and cozy, yet housekeeping challenges tarnished the experience. The indoor pool and bar area were nice touches, but some communication issues with staff left room for improvement.

We explored outlet shopping and caught a show at the Plaza Theatre. The hotel felt brand new, and the cafe across the parking lot served the best coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The gym and pool were nice touches too.

The hotel's easy reach to haggard park and a variety of nearby restaurants. The staff was accommodating and my room was comfortable throughout my visit.

Customer service from the afternoon staff was EXCELLENT! I felt heard and valued when they took care of all my questions without making me feel like a bother; that means a lot when you're juggling kids. The environment felt safe and pleasant, like you don't have to worry about your family's comfort.
